Policy

Our refund and return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and repackaged if necessary and must not be a promotional product.

Several types of goods are exempt from return: intimate or sanitary products, gifts.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted.

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery if it is in good condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days (Not to exceed 7 days).

Late or missing refunds:

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We do not make any exchange on the products in promotions (sold, destocking).

We do not replace items if they are faulty or damaged by you. If you need to exchange it for the same item in another size or color, email us at {krysglamfr@gmail.com} and send your item to: {KRYS GLAM, 6 rue des Basses Landes, 03110 Vendat, France}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, there is no charge. This is a gift. If the item was marked as an exchange and shipped directly to you, you do not have to pay anything, it is an exchange following your request.

Shipping and returns

To return your product, you must send it to: {KRYS GLAM, 6 rue des Basses Landes, 03110 Vendat, France}.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in your item refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
